Attention fans of the Legends and Lore of Illinois – our annual Halloween costume contest is here!
There are three categories to enter:
1. Scariest Costume
2. Funniest Costume
3. Sexiest Costume
The deadline to enter is Wednesday, October 31st at 9am. All you have to do is e-mail us a picture of yourself wearing your costume (no catalog images!!) along with your full name, age, and hometown. Winners in each category will be announced on the website on Halloween evening and will receive a prize, including something from our grab bag of books. Your picture will also be posted on the website when we announce the winners. Send your submissions to trueillinoishaunts@blackoakmedia.org. And above all, have fun with this!
Include the category for which you are entering in the subject line of your email.
Winners will be announced at 5pm on Halloween evening, October 31st. You only have two days to enter, so get those pictures to us asap. We’re looking forward to seeing your costumes!
